Since opening in 2013, Locanda Le Piazze has embraced sustainability as a core philosophy, guided by founder Natacha Fazal-Karim’s vision of conscious, regenerative hospitality.

As a luxurious eco-friendly boutique hotel in Tuscany, we blend timeless Italian charm with modern environmental responsibility, prioritizing organic, farm-to-table cuisine, energy-efficient systems, and low-impact travel experiences. Our approach is expressed through specific operational choices. These include LED lighting in guest rooms, a Type 2 electric-vehicle charging station, low-emission paints, selected amenities and measures addressing water, waste and sourcing.

Ingredients are locally sourced, many from our own regenerative farm at One Belvedere Tuscany, while initiatives like smart irrigation, waste reduction, and plastic-free amenities reduce our environmental footprint.
