Nested in the hills of Castellina in Chianti, Tavola Le Piazze is a farm-to-table Tuscan restaurant offering authentic cuisine rooted in local produce, sustainability, and the nourishing vision of founder Natacha Fazal-Karim.
Welcome to Tavola Le Piazze, formerly Tavola di Guido, where every meal is a celebration of Tuscany, shared with warmth, generosity, and the joy of gathering around the table.
Our philosophy is simple: farm to table. Just 3 km from the restaurant, our One Belvedere Tuscany Farm provides many of the ingredients that inspire our menu, from seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs, and orchard fruits to fresh eggs, artisanal honey, and our own extra virgin olive oil, all grown with regenerative farming practices.
The cuisine
Meals are prepared with love by an upbeat team of passionate cooks who work together to create genuine food experiences. Seasonal vegetables, herbs, fresh eggs, honey, and estate-produced extra virgin olive oil are among the ingredients that help shape the menu throughout the year, alongside Tuscan meats, cheeses, and produce from trusted local suppliers.
Many of our staples are made in-house, including bacon, jams, kombucha, muesli, baking goods, and fresh breads, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to sustainable, zero-waste dining; local produce; and culinary innovation.
The Farm & Winery
Our restaurant sources ingredients from the nearby One Belvedere Tuscany Farm and Belvedere1 Winery, where organic extra virgin olive oils, Belvedere1 wines, fresh eggs, and seasonal vegetables are produced using sustainable practices that reflect the authentic richness of the Tuscan terroir and a true farm-to-table philosophy.

From Thursday to Tuesday, 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm (last order 21.30pm).
