Tavola di Guido brings the essence of Tuscany to the table with a seasonal, farm-to-table approach.
Led by Chef Guido Haverkock, the menu blends local tradition with global influences, using ingredients sourced just 3 km away from our very own One Belvedere Tuscany Farm – where we grow fruits, vegetables, herbs, eggs, honey, and olive oil through regenerative farming methods.
Many of our staples are prepared in-house, including bacon, vinegar, mustard, jams, kombucha, soy sauce, muesli, and fresh breads – reflecting our deep commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and culinary innovation.
The Farm & Winery
At Tavola di Guido in Castellina in Chianti, we source from our nearby One Belvedere Tuscany Farm and Belvedere1 Winery, where organic extra virgin olive oils, Belvedere1 wines, fresh eggs, and seasonal vegetables are grown using sustainable practices that reflect the authentic richness of Tuscan terroir and farm-to-table excellence.

From Thursday to Tuesday, 12:00pm – 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm (last order 9.30pm).
